MfB is an immigration service provided by Tyndallwoods Solicitors.

 

Tyndallwoods www.tyndallwoods.co.uk is a Birmingham City centre practice with a second office at Edgbaston, comprising nine partners. Apart from imigration, we have specialised departments for:

The Immigration Team apart for Migration for Business undertakes:

  • Entry Clearance applications for all purposes, including family and visits

  • Nationality applications

  • National Security appeals

  • Representation, reviews and appeals to all applicable courts

Mark Phillips

Mark is the senior partner in the team, qualified since 1981, member of the Law Society Immigration Committee. He is a very experienced solicitor advocate. Counsel is used where necessary, but the work is always informed by close attention to the law and to the particular circumstances of the individual.

 

Aliya Khan

Aliya is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX) and a caseworker in the Immigration Department. She joined Tyndallwoods in 2003 and is a co-founder of Migration for Business (MfB). Her main focus is immigration law aspects of working in the UK.

 

Aisha Latif

Aisha started working with Tyndallwoods in January 1999 after graduating in her LLB (Hons) Law from the University of Wolverhampton. She qualified as a solicitor in February 2003 and obtained her Masters in Asylum and Refugee Law and Practice in 2005. Aisha leads training in Immigration, nationality, asylum, and human rights for the OISC.

Imran Khan

Imran qualified as a solicitor in May 2003, he has immigration experience of 10 years with conduct of a wide range of various immigration matters.
